With the rapid development of the times,social changes with each passing day,the knowledge economy is flourishing,people’s pace of life becomes faster and faster,professional pressure is also growing,and now people are facing unprecedented challenges.Many research found in our country,with the reform of educational system,the innovation of educational mechanism,the fierce competition in the education jobs,and the deepening of quality education,puts forward higher requirements for middle school teachers,they bear more and more pressure.Under these circumstances,teacher ’s job burnout will follow.The city of Urumqi job burnout of middle school geography teachers are studied,a variety of methods are combined with multiple dimensions to start,research the resulting data are processed with SPSS and WPS.The status report Urumqi middle school geography teachers job burnout current situation.Through this study found that Urumqi middle school geography teachers are mild state.After a detailed analysis also draw the following conclusions:gender,ethnicity and school type is a significant difference in the individual achievement,female middle school geography teachers a higher degree of job burnout,han nationality middle school geography teachers a higher degree of job burnout,the secondary school geography teachers in ordinary schools have a higher degree of job burnout;marital status,whether it is geography and whether or not the class teacher has a significant difference in the emotional exhaustion,married middle school geography teachers have a higher degree of job burnout,non-geography professional middle school geography teachers a higher degree of job burnout,the secondary school geography teachers who do not have the class teacher have a higher degree of job burnout;there are significant differences in the dimensions of teaching,high school geography teachers a higher degree of job burnout;secondary school geography teachers in the30 to 40 age and 11 to 15 in the teaching period of job burnout is more obvious.Through the study of the job burnout of geography teachers in Urumqi Middle School,aiming at the factors that cause the job burnout of middle school geography teachers,some suggestions are put forward to alleviate the job burnout.These suggestions are mainly from four levels:social level,school level,geography level and geography teacher level.Hope these thinking can help Urumqi middle school geography teachers stay away from job burnout.
