Along with the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum, teachers are under increasing pressure. Job burnout of class teachers have become a social issue of common concern both at home and abroad, and class teachers are prone, high risk population. In the process of students’ growth of physical and mental health,class teachers play the roles of the tutors and the bridge of connecting coordination about teachers 、schools、families and social.Job burnout of class teachers have serious negative consequences to their own and the students. So the research on Job Burnout of class teachers is of far-reaching.In this paper, I take job burnout of class teachers in D school as the theme, investigate their employment status, analyze the causes and find mitigation strategies, in order to attract more people who concern such issues.This article is divided into six sections:the first part is the introduction, which states selected topic background, purpose, significance, and research methods, carding relevant research results at home and abroad, and forming literature review.The second part is the first chapter that defines job burnout, job burnout of class teachers, research paradigm, characteristics and types of job burnout.The third part is the second chapter, “The Professional Investigation and Analysis of Class Teachers in D Middle School”. There are three parts for job burnout of class teachers in D school to understand overall levels and their differences: basic personal situations of teachers/students,and case interviews.The fourth part is the third chapter, “Analysis of class teachers’ job burnout causes in D school”. From social, organizational and personalthree aspects I analyze the causes of class teachers’ burnout in D school. Social factors include high social expectations, low social status, poor cooperation with students; organizational factors include strict systems, overloading, low treatments, few independent participation rights; personal factors include outdated education management knowledge or ability, poor interpersonal relationship and indifferent career.The fifth part is the fourth chapter, “Mitigation Strategies of Class Teachers’ Job Burnout in D School”, which discussed from society, organization and individual as well. First,the construction of social supporting system includes the implementation of practical education reform, and the improvement of their social status. Second,the creation of organizational atmosphere includes the implementation of the humanized management, the establishment of fair teacher evaluation system, the reduction of the work load of class teachers, and the building of professional development platform.Third,the strength of individual effort includes the psychological adjustment,proper physical exercise,self-awareness,the enhancing of self-efficacy, the adjustment of the state of mind, the improvement of the ability of mental adaptation,the diligencein learning,the enhancing of self-discipline,rich life, and the cultivation of a wide range of interests and hobbies.The sixth part is the conclusion and reflection, which summarize this article,and reflect on the problems existing in this research.
