Students are the main structure of universities. Students'satisfactory index is the important part in the university assessment. Through the research of university students satisfactory, it is easy to find the advantages and disadvantages of each service, and to serve valuable messages of college development. Postgraduate education service management is an important subject of university educational management. It is a new thought to use the quality control in the postgraduate education service management theory; it has the important significance and reference to raise postgraduate education service management.In this paper, the author uses educational management and service management theory to discuss the basic model of postgraduate education service quality. The main research way is to combine the theory and demonstration, qualitative and quantification. It is analyzes and defined the conception of postgraduate education service quality, and is put forward the qualification management model—'to center around customer'. And then it is discussed the application of customer satisfaction theory in the postgraduate service management and constructed the gap model of quality assessment. Thirdly, it is analyzed the postgraduate educational service management through the postgraduate education service quality model and SERVQUAL. It shows that the availability and scientific of gap theory in the postgraduate educational service quality.This paper takes Heilongjiang province for example, it is structured the gap model of quality assessment, and analyzed customer satisfaction theory apply to high education. In the base, it is used "Questionnaire of Postgraduate Satisfaction in Heilongjiang Province" to research the satisfaction of each service to the postgraduates in Heilongjiang province, and analyze the data of the research. At the same time, it is introduced the satisfaction based on partial least square regression model, and to structure the satisfaction model of postgraduate in Heilongjiang province. Through the investigation of postgraduate educational service management satisfaction, it is found the advantages and disadvantages of each service, and is also concluded the solution and suggestions to raise the university educational service quality.
