Higher education level of a country determines the future developing strength of science and technology, and also influence its international position in the future. Postgraduate education in China is the main channel to train the high-level innovative talents, and belongs to the highest stage of higher education. Universities should fully understand and focus on the satisfaction of postgraduate student about education service, make accurate measurement of satisfaction, and improve shortcomings and the insufficiency in education according to education needs of students, so to achieve constant development and expansion, providing society with higher education more efficiently.At present domestic customer satisfaction assessment is still rarely used in higher education practice, but the research of this aspect has got some development, and the importance of student satisfaction assessment on university is gradually realized. Postgraduate education satisfaction index assessment is important for launching quality satisfaction appraisal of higher education and scientific assessment of college teaching quality. Its results have a profound realistic significance in the supervision of education administrative department on graduate education quality, overcoming administrative assessment shortcomings, or improving postgraduate education quality in Heilongjiang province on micro-level.This article has a thorough understanding on customer satisfaction theory and postgraduate student satisfaction of Heilongjiang province through consulting a large number of literature and questionnaire survey, change the method from domestic and international old ways of using simply questionnaire on customer satisfaction to scientific statistics method. On the basis of questionnaire investigation, constructing ACSI model, the binary choice model targeting complains of respondents, postgraduates education satisfaction panel data model, respectively make assessment and empirical analysis of postgraduates education satisfaction. It can get result not only from a single factor analysis, but also the quantitative relationship between multiple factors. Finally through investigation and model calculation, find out major factors influence the satisfaction of postgraduate education in Heilongjiang Province. From the point of view of highlighting individual care, propose "innovating postgraduate education mode, creating a good educational environment, promotes talents construction", make great efforts to enhance university education quality. As unceasingly research and application of the customer satisfaction theory in our country, the relevant empirical research on postgraduate education satisfaction model will increase gradually and maturely, and provide more valuable theoretical and empirical reference for postgraduate education and research in other fields, and provide a powerful scientific decision-making reference for education management department.
