A country’s education level has great influence on the strength of the country.So the importance of the development of the education is self-evident. Since the founding of the new China our country has carried out seven education reforms. At present the eighth elementary education curriculum reform is developing. The content of the professionalism of history teachers varies due to the different backgrounds of times. so, whether he postgraduate in subject (History) teaching of full-time professional degree going to work meets these requirements or not. Whether they need improvement on postgraduate cultivation in subject (History) teaching for full-time subject degree or not. This paper is based on new requirements on professional quality of history teacher in middle school by new course, it uses way of combing with investigation and interview to make study on whether postgraduate cultivation of subject(History) teaching of full-time subject degree meet new requirement on professional quality of history teacher by new course and postgraduate cultivation state of subject(History) teaching of full-time subject degree, it aims at finding the existing problems in the cultivation process and exploring comprehensive reformation of postgraduate cultivation model of subject(History) teaching of full-time subject and degree, putting forward suggestion for postgraduate cultivation of subject teaching(History) of full-time subject degree.This paper firstly illustrates study background, study meanings and study state both in China and abroad from the whole situation. Secondly, it analyzes basic idea and characteristic of new course reformation as well as new requirement on professional quality of history teacher in middle school. Thirdly, through investigation and study whether postgraduate cultivation of subject (History) teaching of full-time subject degree meet new requirement on professional quality of history teacher by new course and postgraduate cultivation state of subject (History) teaching of full-time subject degree. Exploring comprehensive reformation of postgraduate cultivation model of subject (History) teaching of full-time subjectand degree, putting forward suggestion for postgraduate cultivation of subject teaching (History) of full-time subject degree. Firstly, positioning of cultivation target should focus on enhancement of practical ability, secondly, optimization on course setting should pay attention to practice orientation, thirdly, it should explore new teaching way and stress characteristic of professional degree, fourthly, it should reasonably arrange practical teaching, explore optimal cultivation model.
