A Research Of Authorized Personnel Administration Problems And Countermeasures In Compulsory Education School

Public institution is a special form of organization in China,generally speaking,it is an organization which is supported by the government,and it is for commonweal in culture,education,science,health,etc.Public institution plays an important role in the social development of China.Along with the development of social economy in China,it is almost 20 years,when we move on to the reform of the public institution.But in recent years,by the new condition of socialist market economy system,it is exposed a variety of problems and shortcomings.It is the very point to enhance the administrative efficiency of institutions.In this paper,the author selects the educational institutions which represented by middle schools and small schools as the research object,and it is the most representative in the public.The author selects the Guanshanhu District,Guiyang City as a sample,it has better economic foundation,positive attitude in reform,and it is in the forefront of Guizhou Province.It is also the reason why the author chooses it.The author bases on domestic theoretical research and practice,by using the officially budgeted posts of school,to analysis the strategies staffing officially budgeted posts.It has a most important significance in solving the problem of educational institution,and it is also providing a better method in reform of the compulsory education institution.
