Research On The Cooperation Mechanism Between Social Workers And Rural Volunteers

Since twenty-first Century is the rapid development of rural social work and rural volunteer service system in our country period,but also social work into the relevant policy of rural system developed relatively concentrated period,but in the current policy for such a good step,the current development of rural social work of rural volunteer service system is still slow and benign development in stark contrast this paper takes the L J City township government led project "volunteer service to you and me" as the research object,research on rural social workers and volunteers in rural areas in the process of cooperation in their respective roles,analyze the two in which play a role,and then explore the cooperation mechanism of rural social workers and rural volunteers,finally to promote the development of the purpose of rural social work.According to the study found that rural social workers play managers,supporters,service providers,and resource acquisition policies affect their roles in cooperation projects,in the service process to theoretical guidance,project leadership and policy guidance role;rural volunteers played the role of service providers,advocates,civil law,mediator consultants,policy advocacy,devotees and other roles,played a role in providing information service subject,and assisted intervention etc..The project in cooperation between the two methods are mainly employed in rural social service team leader,invited rural social workers as rural social assistance activities instructors and volunteers to carry out rural activities,both spontaneous cooperation.According to the problems arising from cooperation,through the study,we suggest that the two sides should cooperate through the establishment of three party organizations,resource sharing platforms,cooperative management systems and rural social work service stations.
