Working Group Intervene The Rectify Study Of Study-weary Behavior Of Children Migrant With Their Migrant Workers Parents

In recent years,due to the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of migrant workers have swarmed into the city,taking the urgency of the education of the left-behind children in rural areas into account,parents will bring their children to the city.At the same time,the communities for the agricultural people to be given non-agricultural status teemed.As well as the factors such as the popularity of network,grand-parenting problems,the reduction of the school cultural supervision and characteristics of migrant workers' children that lead to many kinds of their deviant behaviors including study-weary behavior.Some of them even have the situations such as truancy,petty theft,internet addiction,smoking,alcoholism and suicide.The emergence of study-weary behavior problems has seriously affected the learning enthusiasm of the children of migrant workers.And in the contemporary,everything is new for most of the migrant workers' children who have just entered the city.In addition to this,for the reason that their own education level,family environment are all separated from those of the children in city,it is more likely for them to have the sense of inferiority and autism.Therefore,the development of the children of migrant workers is always related to the harmonious and healthy development of a family;As for the schools,the emergence of study-weary teenagers may cause the imitation of normal students,which leads to negative effect and more and more students are tired of learing to some extent.Therefore,finding solutions to solve the problem of teenagers' study-weary behavior is very important.Starting from the method of social work,the author tries to apply group working method to the treatment of these young people with study-weary behaviors,trying to find ways to correct their study-weary behavior.I have fully understood the behavior characteristics of study-weary migrant workers' children in the urban community during two years of community practice.After collecting a lot of relevant information,I have fully understood the harm of study-weary behavior of migrant workers' children to themselves and the impact on society through the survey adopted in Shengping community,Longgang district of Shenzhen.Taking ten migrant workers' children's-weariness of Shengping community,Longgang district of Shenzhen as an example,by the way of working group combined with psychological interviews,this paper analyzes the influence of their personal environment and surroundings on their behavior considering the interviews,and makes full use of the learned social work groups working methods to perfect the social worker rectify system to provoke migrant workers' children's interest in learning,making them integrate into the normal learning environment and grow up healthy and sound.
