Group Work Is Involved In Applied Research On Improving The Inter-female Communication Skills Of Migrant Workers

In recent years,with the increase of migrant workers,their children have come into people’s sight.Due to the above influences,their children are faced with some problems in the unfamiliar city life,among which interpersonal communication is one of the key problems.Xunzi once said: "at the beginning of man,we cannot live without groups.People are born with the need to interact with others,which is an instinctive need.Interpersonal communication is the process in which people communicate with each other,understand and trust each other,and help each other.It can be seen from this that interpersonal communication is a crucial link in the growth process.The children of migrant workers in the senior grades of primary schools gradually enter the early stage of their youth and are sensitive in mind.They lack confidence in the process of communicating with others,have communication barriers and cannot communicate with others,which seriously affect the development of interpersonal communication on their growth path.Therefore,it is necessary for social workers to help them solve the problems in interpersonal communication,improve their interpersonal skills and improve their mental health,which is of great importance for their growth.This paper takes the author’s internship in shenyang D school as an opportunity to study the interpersonal skills of children of migrant workers with the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that they lack confidence in interpersonal communication,are afraid of social contact,and are prone to conflict with others.Through the analysis of the reasons for this situation,we have a deeper understanding of the improvement of interpersonal skills and the negative impact of communication problems on the children of migrant workers.Therefore,through preliminary selection,the author determined the group members,combined with the actual needs of the children of migrant workers,based on social learning theory,with the help of the theory of advantage perspective and professional research methods,set up the growth group.In the process of the group,the group workers use the professional skills and methods of social work to help children themselves,schools and parents understand the importance of communication problems,and carry out corresponding group activities for their communication problems to help them improve their interpersonal skills,which is beneficial to their future development.At the same time,through around team to learn skills to help children with the same problem,to achieve "win-win" of social work,and finally,to improve migrant children their interpersonal skills,the author from migrant children themselves,family,school and social workers respectively puts forward the corresponding suggestion,hope to seek more benefits for migrant children,promote their more positive in the face of life.The research on the intervention of group work in the interpersonal communication ability of children of migrant workers not only expands the research content of interpersonal communication,but also proves the necessity of the intervention of group work,providing a practical basis for promoting the comprehensive development of social work.In addition,by intervening in the children of migrant workers,a comprehensive understanding of their true feelings is conducive to providing better services for them and,to a certain extent,to better improve their interpersonal skills.
