With the "family relocation" type of population mobility, the number of migrant children is also increasing.Due to lack of family education, low family economic level, neglect of schools and teachers, and lack of comprehensive literacy, these migrant children directly or indirectly affect their physical and mental health and lead to a lack of self-confidence.School social work is a way to apply professional social work values, theory, methods, and techniques to the school field to help students or schools solve certain problems encountered. As the second largest immigration city in the country, there are still 130,000 students in the city's 540,000 migrant children studying in the 77 schools of migrant children. The phenomena of over-scale and large-scale classes are widespread.Since 2016,Suzhou has started school social work projects.C school of Wuzhong District is one of the second public procurement projects in Suzhou City. There are more than 1600 students in this school and they are from many provinces and cities across the country.Because of the lack of ability, low family economic level, and lack of parental culture, students have problems of self-recognition,low self-acceptance,and low academic achievement.Students' self-confidence is significantly insufficient.Through previous surveys, interviews and observations of the students of the school, the existing problems were analyzed and their service requirements were evaluated. The 10 selected fifth-and sixth-grade students will be organized into a "perfect group” and will use the development model to formulate a work plan for the self-confidence improvement group. We will develop "I'm really good at you”?"unique to me”?"the troubles of growing up”? "I'm really great" and "My self-confidence grows up" five group activities. The activities of the "Perfect Team" have enhanced team members' self-confidence and teamwork ability to a certain extent, helped the team members to form a relatively correct self-cognition,improved self-acceptance and interpersonal skills, and enhanced team members' collective sense of honor and sense of worth. However, due to the lack of practical experience of school social workers in project implementation teams, teachers and students admitted to schools have limited awareness and acceptance of social workers, and the work duration of the teams is short. The project implementation results are still not satisfactory and need to be improved in the follow-up practice work.
