The Group Work Involved In The Improvement Of The Inter Personal Skills Of The Children Of Migrant Workers

Since the reform and opening up,China's industrialization and urbanization process has been accelerating.A lot of rural surplus labor is transferred from rural to urban areas,With the passage of time,the migrationpatternsofmigrantworkersarealsochanging.Theystartedfrom the original one to the city and changed to the city of the family,and therewasafamilymigrationpattern,andthechildrenofmigrantworkers went into the city with their parents to become a universal phenomenon in the process.In the process,a large number of migrant children have beenmoved,andthenumberofchildrenwhohavemovedwiththemhasreached tens of millions.These children follow the guardian into the city,was supposed to get a better development in life and learning conditions,a largenumberofmigrantworkerstrailingchildrenintothecity,however,many problems,in many problems,relationship problems become more and more prominent.Based on the curriculum practice arrangement as the background,through nearly a year in guiyang city S school internship process,close contact with trailing on migrant workers children,and school teachers,parents of students learn communication problems existing in the trailing children living in the city of migrantworkers.This article,focusing on the interpersonal problems of migrant workers children trailing interpersonal difficulties for present,cause analysis and use group working methods in social work,group work intervention,in the hope of migrant workers children trailingself-perception,peer relationships,interpersonal communication between teachers and students,the family interpersonal aspects of promoting migrant workers trailing the progress of their children.
