The ultimate goal of educational reform points to the all-round development of human beings.Teachers and teaching are the most important factors influencing the development of human beings.School reform that promotes innovation of teachers' training mode and improves teaching quality is an essential part.As countries around the world pay more and more attention to improving the quality of basic education,sustainable school improvement has become an area that can not be ignored.In 2010,the British coalition government headed by Cameron,in response to the realistic needs of the development of education under the new socio-economic situation,formally proposed and implemented a new measure of "teaching school " in the field of basic education.This study attempts to systematically analyze the policy of "teaching school" in Britain from the perspective of professional education policy analysis,taking into account the static and dynamic needs in policy analysis,so as to provide reference for the school improvement and the improvement of education quality.The Study mainly consists of six parts:The first part mainly explains the origin and significance of this study,defines the core concepts involved in the study,and chooses the appropriate theoretical basis,research ideas and research methods on the basis of the relevant literatures at home and abroad.The second part combs the international and domestic background of the policy of "teaching school".This policy is not only affected by the wave of international basic education quality improvement,but also deeply rooted in the new situation of socio-economic development of Britain.The third part makes a systematic and comprehensive interpretation of the main contents of the policy of "teaching school".Under the guidance and objective of improving the overall quality of education in the region,and through stringent application and access mechanism,the center to radiation layout of six core tasks and scientific management system,that ensures a high standard of the "teaching school" policy.The fourth part is devoted to exploring how to implement the policy of "teaching school".First of all,it analyzes the implementation mechanism of "teaching school" in the aspects of the implementation path,implementation structure,executive personnel and so on.And through the analysis of the implementation process of Cambridge teaching school network,the concrete situation of policy implementation was restored.The fifth part analyzes the implementation of "teaching school" policy,which is to analyze the effectiveness and the remaining problems in the process of policy practice,and to provide a basis for the objective and comprehensive evaluation of the policy.The sixth part concerns the problems existing in the field of basic education in our country,and analyzes the reference and enlightenment of the policy of "teaching school" in the concept,process and monitoring of our country.
