As a phenomenon that exists in social life,education is bound to be influenced and constrained by social politics,economy,culture,science and technology.Therefore,when studying the education of a certain area,education can not be separated from the local natural environment and society Environment and isolated to study.(Hereinafter referred to as Muli County)is one of the two Tibetan Autonomous counties in our country.The education of Muli County is affected by the harsh natural and geographical environment,the level of economic and social development behind it and the coexistence of pluralistic national culture.Of the larger impact,showing a clear regional and national nature of both the typical characteristics.Muli County traffic inconvenience,sparsely populated and the population is more decentralized regional characteristics determine the local education must adhere to the boarding school mode.Boarding is undoubtedly the basic form of running schools in Muli County,is to adapt to the characteristics of the regional characteristics of Muli County,a concrete manifestation.At the same time,Muli County is a typical multi-ethnic mixed area,the multi-ethnic culture coexistence of social and cultural environment and determines the boarding school multi-ethnic students a total of the characteristics of the class,which makes the Muli County in the run more The national boarding school not only takes into account the general problems of boarding students' psychological adaptation to school life,health problems,school safety issues and other general non-ethnic areas,but also the cultural adaptation of boarding schools for different ethnic groups Sexual problems,to establish a sense of national culture,learn to use cultural point of view to observe,understand,analyze and evaluate students of different nationalities,on this basis to effectively carry out multicultural education.Based on the above ideas,through the educational investigation of three multi-ethnic boarding schools in Muli County,the main problems are as follows: 1.The knowledge and experience of traditional culture of ethnic minorities are fragmented with the formal education knowledge of the school.The multi-ethnic boarding school bilingual teaching of the existence of a number of problems;5.Multi-ethnic students of the school organization and management of the multi-ethnic boarding school problem.The reason is mainly due to its too heavy integration of the regional and ignore the differences of national character,the lack of multicultural quality teachers,the development of national culture curriculum is not enough,schools and communities,parents exchanges and cooperation between the lack of multi-ethnic boarding The Unification of the Value Orientation of School Education.Therefore,in order to highlight the national cultural awareness of the multi-ethnic boarding school in Muli County and to further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the Muli County Boarding School,we can try to start from the following aspects: fully understand the positive educational function of the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities,To promote the construction of ethnic minority teachers with multicultural quality,to build a multicultural curriculum system with national characteristics,to create a multicultural campus environment for teachers and students to actively communicate and to strengthen the links between schools and communities and families.
