The population in Guangxi province ethnic minority areas issparsely and the economic is underdevelopment, especially in someRemote mountainous areas.Therefore, the establishment of boardingethnic schools is particularly important to protect those children in ethnicminority areas so that they can complete the compulsory education stage.This paper selected the long sheng’s si shui central primary schoolIn in guangxi province as a case.we using the methods ofanthropological.From the school leaders,teachers,students, parents useobservation and interview to collect information,at the same time usequestionnaire as complementary programs. Through the collection andanalysis related data to show the status of boarding school management inguangxi’s ethnic areas.The problems of boarding schools management include: Rigidleadership style, impact the Leadership effectiveness;the lack ofEducation resource allocation,Management of ambition difficult toachieve;on teachers management,the lack of humanistic care;the teacherevaluation system Is not conducive to motivate the teachers and teachers’professional development;on student management,lack of special care foryoung boarder and left-behind children;ignore the needs of nutrition,safety and extracurricular activities;On family education,lack of familyeducation;family education lag behind;every generation of educationbecome a mainstream education.Aiming at theproblem of boarding schools in ethnic minority areasin guangxi, The government should give policy support,Schools shouldactively explore effective management methods and measures.
