In the context of curriculum reform of fundamental education, all senior high schools in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have conducted new curriculum reform in August 2008 under the guidance of bureau of education of corps. The new curriculum reform has been conducted for more than one year, the teachers'concepts on curriculum have been totally changed, and class and teaching have also been changed a lot. However, at the same time, the new curriculum of senior high school itself and its relevant problem of adaption of areas have confused teachers in the process of implementation of new curriculum, so it is urgent for us to investigate the status of implementation of new curriculum of teachers in the corps.This paper uses CBAM developed by Hall as research tools. It does field research on the status of implementation of new curriculum of teachers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps by the research methods of questionnaires and interview, and obtains conclusions by analyzing data and effective proposals to promote the implementation of new curriculum. In the first chapter, it represents the research background, status, ideas and methods; in the second chapter, it begins with theory basis to discuss the relevant problems on the implementation of new curriculum, which are the theoretical basis and guiding for investigation and research; the third chapter is the tool design, object selection, survey data, research findings and inspiration for research; in the fourth chapter, for the conclusion of investigation, it put forwards effective suggestions to promote the implementation of new curriculum of teachers in the corps.In this thesis, the core part is the last two chapters, it first localizes CBAM theory and its tool which are often used in the research of education reform, and implies questionnaires and interview in the stage of attention of the implementation of new curriculum for teachers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, then it conducts field research on some teachers in the corps, and at last it obtains conclusions after collecting and analyzing data. Firstly, the overall degree of attention at the beginning of the implementation of new curriculum for physics teacher in Xinjiang corps is relatively high, and attention intensity in the stage of information, personalization and refocusing is highest, which reflects that teachers pay high attention to the information of implementation of new curriculum, the relationship between teachers and new curriculum and new ways of exploration in the early stage. However, teachers pay less attention to the impact of implementation of new curriculum on students and to evaluation of implementation of new curriculum itself.Secondly, the stages of interest in the development of teachers in corps are significantly correlated, which reflects the relationship of their interaction and promotion. Then, combined with conclusions of the survey, it put forwards suggestions to implementation of new curriculum of teachers in corps, for example, completing evaluation system of new curriculum, emphasizing inquiry experiment teaching, improving training system, so that it can propose advices for teachers in Xinjiang corps to implement the new curriculum effectively.
