Study On The Social Of Animal Husbandry Workers In ‘Hongxing' Ranch Of The Xinjiang Production And Construction Corps

The purpose of this paper is to study the multi nationality embedded social structure and community environment construction of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps(hereinafter referred to as "Corps").Han and Kazak are two main groups of population.The writer select the typical Kazak and Han mixed pasture-Red Star pasture field for the field survey points,objectively and comprehensively presents the history and practical problems of the construction of the regimental ranches.On this basis,the author uses the basic method of Marxist national theory and policy subject,sums up the multi-ethnic interdisciplinary characteristics,and perfects the theory of "multi-ethnic inter-embedded social structure and community environment".This paper provides an objective case of "mutual embedded society of different ethnic groups" for more than 50 years,analyzes the process and the results of the "natural interlocking" of Kazakh and Han herds in the corps system,and then extends it: this "natural Aphrodite" provides theoretical understanding and experience for Xinjiang to promote the construction of "mutual social structure of all ethnic groups".The first chapter is: the natural environment and historical evolution of Red Star-pasture.It focus on two issues,the relationship between the first natural environment and animal husbandry production,the second historical evolution and social changes in animal husbandry.The second chapter of the thesis is mainly to present the social status quo of animal husbandry in Red Star and pasture in an objective and detailed way.Including the political system,economic operation,cultural construction and so on.The third chapter of the paper summarizes the characteristics of the stockman society in Corps.Specific manifestations of system embeddedness,economic embeddedness,social interaction and cultural identity.Chapter 4: Complementary Process and Complementary Results.The daily interaction between Kazak and Han stockmen,reflects the national aphroid step by step process.The Kazakh traditional culture change and multicultural symbiosis,modern society and stockman objective social problems are mutually embedded results of a comprehensive presentation.In the last part,the theory construction of "embedded social structure and community environment" is abstracted mainly from the concept,the connotation of interpretation.Conclusion: the Red Star ranch is a kind of mutual embedded society formed under the administrative intervention of the corps and formed by the long-term historical development.It is an organic community in which ethnic groups are relatively stable,multicultural,mixed in space,equal,mutual trust,interaction and mutual benefit.
