The Social Adaptability Research On Minority Floating Population In Rongcheng

During the past 40 years of reform and opening,with the acceleration of urbanization and the mechanism of land forcing,more and more people have moved to the eastern coastal areas to seek higher economic benefits and better living environment.As a special group of floating population,the minority floating population has also been rising in the eastern coastal areas.When minority floating population enter the eastern coastal cities,they not only have made outstanding contributions to the development of urban,but also put forward new requirements for urban ethnic work in this region.To a certain extent,the development of the floating population of ethnic minorities is related to the economic and social development of the eastern coastal areas.So to study the living conditions and adaptability of the minority floating population in Eastern coastal areas in deepen way,which is the foundation of solving the problems and dilemmas that they facing,also is the necessary requirement for the country to perfect and carry out the national policy and build a harmonious ethnic relationship.As a part of the eastern coastal area,Rongcheng City is in a period of rising economic development,with beautiful environment and convenient transportation.All of these have become the favorable conditions for attracting the minority floating population.Rongcheng City as a new city attracting the minority floating population,comparing with Guangzhou,Shanghai,Qingdao and other big cities,to some extent,it has obvious limitations and deficiencies in the respect of the management and service of minority floating population.In the future,with the further development of Rongcheng's economy,the number of minority floating population will continue to increase.Therefor Rongcheng City also will face with new issues and challenges about minority floating population.This article takes the minority floating population in Rongcheng City as the research object,combining with the data for migrant population dynamic monitoring survey in China,previous census data and field survey data to analyze the social adaptability of minority floating population in Rongcheng City.So as to find out the problems existing in the process of the adaptation of minority floating population and the limitations and deficiencies in the respect of management and service,and then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.This paper is divided into the introduction,main body and conclusion.The introduction part mainly introduces the research significance,the related research summarizes and the research design,which establishes the good foundation for the full text research analysis.Firstly,the main body makes a general summary of Rongcheng City,the minority population and minority floating population of Rongcheng City,to have a more specific understanding of the minority population in Rongcheng.After the field research,on the basis of questionnaires,interview records and other data collation,we find out the current situation,problems and difficulties of the minority floating population ofRongcheng City in economic,cultural,social communication and psychological aspects,and analyzes and elaborates on that.What's more,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems that the minority floating population of minority faced with in the process of social adaption in Rongcheng City,so as to promote the better adaptation and integration of the minority floating population into urban society and to build a harmonious ethnic relationship.
