The Research Of The Social Adaptation Of Floating Ethnic Minority Children In Urumqi

With the rapid economic and social development of our country,the level of urbanization in Xinjiang has also been continuously improved.In particular,Urumqi,as the most developed city in Xinjiang,has attracted many people both inside and outside Xinjiang,so a large number of people migrate and migrate to Urumqi,especially in the south.More and more farmers and workers in Xinjiang came to Urumqi to survive.Most of them migrated to Urumqi in the form of a family(one family).As a result,more and more children followed their parents and came to this strange place.The city's education and life,so migrant children integrated into Urumqi has become a special social group that can not be ignored.Although they live in Urumqi,their hukou status still flows out of the area.Whether these migrant children can adapt to the urban society in Urumqi will directly affect their growth prospects and future development.These migrant children are not only an important social group,but also As part of the nation's future heirs and builders,their future growth and development will affect Urumqi's social development,social stability,and civilized construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the social adaptation of floating children in Urumqi.This article takes the children of ethnic minority school age in Urumqi as the research object,takes the Hejiashan area of Tianshan District as the research area,and uses literature research,questionnaires,participatory observation and in-depth interviews to study.This article first introduces the basic situation of ethnic minority migrant children in the Hei Jiashan area For the researching area.Then it describes the social adaptation of the ethnic minority floating children in Urumqi and the problems of social adaptation.Based on the ecosystem theory,it analyzes the factors affecting social adaptation.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the social adaptation of ethnic minority mobile children in Urumqi were proposed in order to provide reference and realistic basis for improving their social adaptation and growth process.The study finds that ethnic minority migrant children in Urumqi have relativelygood family emotional support,school teacher-student relationships and peer group relationships,community and urban cultural integration in the process of social adaptation.However,in the process of adaptation,there are also problems such as maladjustment in mind,learning to integrate into misery,exclusion of local residents,difficulty in identity integration,weak family education guidance,and weak support.Whether or not social adaptation can be achieved depends on the social ecosystem environment in which they are located and the interactions between them,their adaptation status and their own abilities,family atmosphere and economy,parents' cultural level and educational ability,teacher-student relationship,and peer group relationships.Preschool education and learning status,community education and activity participation are related to the support of social service agencies.The more migrant children's own ability,the better the family's economic situation and atmosphere,the higher the parent's cultural level and family education ability,the better the relationship between teachers and students and peer groups,the more they can participate in community education and activities,and the more they get the community.The better the social adaptability of their support,the worse the reverse.
