Based on Dongguan city as a case, thispaper mainly USES literature method, in-depth interview method and questionnaireinvestigation method to living and working in Dongguan ethnic floating population ininvestigation and study, from the employment, income, consumer spending andresidential environment four aspects of ethnic floating population of urban economicadaptability are analyzed. Through investigation and analysis, found in Dongguanworking life of the ethnic floating population in economic life to adapt to a lot ofdifficulties, and finally the author to promote the ethnic floating population inDongguan city economic life efficiently used to put forward some opinions and Suggestions.
