At present,the organizational development of the training educational institutions in our country is more and more extensive,and the professional types are increasingly abundant.In this competitive environment,the school wants to maintain its own advantages,and it must have its own unique competitiveness,which plays a key role in the core competitiveness of the school.Therefore,the present situation of the core competitiveness of the university is analyzed,the main problems of its existence are clarified,and the effective improvement strategy is put forward,which is of reference significance to the promotion of the core competitiveness of the major education and similar training schools.This paper mainly applies the literature research method to study the promotion of the core competitiveness of university education.The paper mainly includes five parts:The first part analyzes the background of the research on the promotion of core competence of training schools,and clarifies the purpose and significance of the research,which constitutes the research direction of this paper;In the second part,the related concepts and theories involved in this study are expounded,such as core competence,enterprise life cycle theory and so on,which provide theoretical support for this study.The fourth part mainly discusses the key elements of the core competence of the university education and the construction model of the core competence.The fifth part expounds the core part of this paper,that is,to improve the core of the university education.Competitive strategy,mainly from the school brand competitiveness and the school culture competitiveness two aspects to carry on the analysis.In the process of practical operation and implementation,the key role of brand construction and culture construction should be clearly recognized,and the correct brand positioning and value concept should be established,and the brand public relations strategy should be formulated.Improve the brand quality and reputation of one-to-one personalized service.In the cultural construction,we should emphasize the fine management and service,improve its whole execution ability,and promote the whole education level of the school effectively.Only from the above several angles,pay attention to the brand building and culture promotion,strengthen the talent management and application,can we prolong the life cycle of university education and promote it in an all-round way.Economic and social benefits,enhance the core competitiveness.
