Now,with the rapid development of educational management reform in China,it promotes the development of private higher education in China.However,behind the prosperity of private colleges and universities,the gap between private higher education and public universities is obvious,and it is still in a very disadvantageous situation in the competition: the shortage of funds,the shortage of students,the lack of teachers,The problems such as low teaching quality are outstanding in private colleges and universities,the specialty courses have no specialty characteristics,and the lack of scientific research projects are also the short board of private colleges and universities.How to improve the competitive power between private colleges and public universities is a topic that the whole society should pay attention to.Through the analysis of Shandong L-College,we put forward specific strategies suitable for building the core competitiveness of Shandong L-College: strengthen brand building,expand brand effect,share teacher-student relationship,construct effective teaching quality assurance mechanism,and coordinate the development of professional construction and discipline construction.Application-oriented teaching features,in-depth research,construction of a more scientific medical education professional system,broaden financing channels,and establish an efficient and reasonable financing mechanism to carry out.
