The development and popularization of information technology creates unprecedented opportunities for educational reform by expanding space, simplifying information acquisition,enhancing cooperation and communication. Hand-held mobile devices bring learners a new way of learning through coding, shaping and reorganizing daily tasks. Compared to traditional forms of education, science and technology has excellence in innovating education. The educational applications continue to thrive.For lacking the focus of learner experience, there is a deviation in the educational application design and development. In order to emphasize the importance of learner experience, differences between the learner and the user were analyzed. The learner has experience particularity on level of expertise, homogeneity and motivation. The frame of learner experience basing on experience theory and educational theory were proposed for learner-friendly experience. The frame of elements is successively formed by strategy, requirement, structure, interaction and sensory plane.Then the learning experience was analyzed in the context of mobile learning contributing to the design principles of mobile learning App and the series of learner experience design scaffolding strategies. The scaffolding strategies include constructional, situational and emotional support.Under the guidance of theoretical research results, the learner experience of Pocket NUPT was re-designed and verified. The thinking and prospect of follow-up research are proposed at end,expecting a sustainable development of learner experience theory to support the design and development of learner-friendly educational application.
