Research On The Organization Management Of The Extracurricular Activities In Colleges And Universities

The objective of the extracurricular activity is to develop students' interest and ability in culture,art,science and technology,sports,etc.,to cultivate students' autonomy and creativity,and to enhance students' comprehensive quality and practical innovation ability.Firstly,this paper compares and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management of College Students' extracurricular activities in China through the development and research status of College Students' associations at home and abroad,and then puts forward the necessity and feasibility of introducing the idea and method of project-based management into college students' extracurricular activities on the basis of analyzing the problems.And explores the implementation path of project management for extracurricular activities of college students.This topic focuses on solving the extracurricular report card work content,work path and work effectiveness problems,focusing on solving the extracurricular activity scattered,organizational and management efficiency is not high,the difficulty lies in how to implement the real project management of the extracurricular activity.Introducing project management into the management of extracurricular activities is to use scientific and efficient management ideas,methods and means of project management to improve the problems caused by backward management methods such as non-standard operation and management,unsecured resource allocation,imperfect control and evaluation system,and to improve the existing extracurricular activities managers.The level of work,so that the project management process to be more scientific and reasonable,student organizations to choose the extracurricular activity more convenient and accurate.
