Research On The Influence Of University Interdisciplinary Team's Innovation Capability Based On Knowledge Capital

In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge innovation can greatly promote the social and economic development,which highlights the role of universities as the main output of innovation.However,innovation in today's times can not rely solely on single discipline and individual.It requires interdisciplinary teamwork.Therefore,it is very important to study the influence of the university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability.This paper will study how the intermediary effect of knowledge integration affects the university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability from knowledge capital perspective,and put forward a new research for this field direction.The main purpose of this paper is to clarify the relationship of knowledge capital,knowledge integration,university interdisciplinary team's capability.First of all,using the method of correlation analysis is to analyze the relationship between the number of scientific and technological innovation teams and the capability of scientific and technological innovation teams in universities,putting forward a part of factors that affect university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability.Besides,defining the concept of university interdisciplinary team,analyzing the obstacles of the development of university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability,establishing the evaluation index of improving the innovation capability of university interdisciplinary team.According to the above analysis,putting forward further the factors that affect university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability.Secondly,based on the domestic and foreign scholars' researches about knowledge capital,knowledge integration and university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability,this paper defines the dimensions and measurement indexes of knowledge capital and university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability,analyzing the knowledge integration mechanism applied in this paper.Then,discusses the influence of knowledge capital on university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability and the mediation of knowledge integration.This paper constructs the theoretical research model on the influence of the dimensions of knowledge capital on university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability.Finally,using the questionnaire to collect data,through the method of multiple linear regression analysis,testing the hypothesis and theoretical research model,drawing conclusions and making recommendations.The main conclusion is: human,structure,relationship,innovation capital dimension of knowledge capital have positive impact on university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability,knowledge absorptive capability and achievement conversion capability.And the impact include direct impact and indirect impact,its impact degree is different.Innovation is to combine scientifically knowledge capital,knowledge integration,university interdisciplinary team's innovation capability to a system,broadening the scope of research in this field.
