PurPoses: This study focuses on obese children and created a set of fat children dumbbell exercises. We,as investigators, can measure these children's sports loads by virtue of scientific experiments to provide them with a reasonable way of exercise. The primary objective is to help effectively exercise and lose weight, furgher contributing to shaping their bodies and enriching their lives. Methods: We have employed a variety of scientific techniques including documentation, experiments, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to carry out the research. Moreover, based on the principles of interest, pertinence and suitable, according to the physical and mental development characteristics of children and adolescents. We chose ten obese children aged 10 to 12 to participate in the experiment in the experimental elementary school lying in Xiang Zhou District ZhuHai City, five boys and five girls, throughout May until June of 2016.The experiment consists two parts: sports load and impact of exercise. To be specific, load includes exercise intensity and amount of exercise. We choose HR,RPE,Bla,CK,and PRO as the standards of monitoring exercise intensity and at the same time use BU,URO as the indicators of monitoring the amount of exercise.HR and RPE are biochemical criterions.Training effect experiments using this set of dumbbell exercise intervention, four weeks,we test the height, weight and body fat in the training before and after training.Results:(1)The survey from students demonstrated that the number of students who liked the dumbbell exercise reached over 80 percent. To be sPecific,70 percent of these children felt that the difficulty of the activity was modest for them.70 percent of students felt not too tired.97.5 percent of students expressed their desire to learn the activity and 85 percent of them thought that the activity was safe.(2)The survey from teachers indicated that 75 percent of them believed that its music related to the activity was suitable.Furthermore, over 65 percent of teachers tended to hold the view that the movements were various and they acclaimed its harmony with music, which made the exercise funnier.Again,85 percent of teachers praised its modest intensity.(3)The experiment concluded that their average heart rate was 134±9.73b/min and its range was from 120 to 160b/min.The RPE became 12.1±1.65 and their bloodlactic acid and CK presented an increasing tendency after exercising. What's more,70 percent of participators' PRO and URO were recessive. At the same time, the value of blood urea also displayed a rising trend.(4)These respondents' BMI presented a decreasing trend and the resut was stastically significant. However,as far as the their body fat rate was concerned, although it displayed the same tendency as the BMI did,it doesn't mean that it was of stastical significance as well.Conclusion:(1)The exercise includes a kind of dynamic music,a clear structure and various movements.Teachers and students welcome the activity due to its modest difficulty, originality and fun.(2)The data analysis of heart rate and blood lactic acid indicates that the dumbbell exercise is a modest and aerobic activity.Specificaly,by investigating RPE,blood lactic acid,PRO and CK,we can draw the conclusion that its intensity was modest. We can also conclude that the amount of exercise is also fit for students by analysising blood urea, urobilinogen,CK and PRO.(3)Both Obese children's weight and BMI have a declining trend after children exercise and the result is stastically significant.Though the similar result also happens to their body fat,the big distinction is that it is no of stastical significance.
