At present,the guidance of physical fitness basically comes from experience or related books.Due to the lack of feedback of sports data,it is impossible to quantify the analysis of sports effect,which often leads to problems such as poor sports effect,sports injuries.Aiming at this problem,this paper designs a set of dumbbell fitness guidance system,which collects the movement parameter data of the exerciser in the process of exercise through the sensor and displays it on the host computer.In order to realize the automatic switch of exercise guidance type,the automatic recognition of dumbbell movement type was researched based on the collected exercise data;And based on the existing sports specifications,the dumbbell fitness is studied by modeling and simulation;Finally,a dumbbell exercise prescription recommendation model was established based on the existing exercise prescription principles and relevant information.The main contents of this paper include:(1)The intelligent transformation of traditional dumbbells is realized.Through the installation of JY901 attitude sensor and WiFi module,a dumbbell motion parameter acquisition system was built,and an APP was designed and developed based on the Android system to realize motion data visualization.(2)This paper studies the classification and recognition of common dumbbell movement types.Firstly,the weight of each feature attribute is calculated by the improved reliefF algorithm,and the attribute set with significant weight is selected from it.Then,five kinds of dumbbell actions are classified and recognized by SVM classifier,and the experimental results show that the recognition accuracy is more than 90%.(3)This paper studies the quantification of dumbbell fitness guidance standard.In this paper,the kinematics modeling of the common dumbbell movement is carried out,and the angle interval required by the movement specification is transformed into the motion trajectory interval,which visualizes the experience guidance.In order to study the force changes of joints and muscles during dumbbell exercise,a dynamic modeling and muscle simulation analysis of AnyBody software were performed using curl as an example.(4)The evaluation scheme of dumbbell movement was established,including the evaluation indexes of movement completeness,deviation and speed.Based on the principles of formulating exercise prescriptions and the ACSM Exercise Testing and Exercise Prescription Guidelines,a dumbbell exercise prescription recommendation model was established.
