| With the introduction of a series of national policies such as the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline and the Outline for the Construction of a Sports Power,it reflects China’s emphasis on enhancing the physical fitness of young people,and the improvement of young people’s physical fitness has become particularly important.With the development of economy and society,the quality of life continues to improve,and at the same time,children’s overnutrition and insufficient exercise are becoming more and more common,and some bad living habits at the peak of fat cell proliferation may lead to the occurrence of childhood obesity,which in turn leads to almost impossible reduction of fat cells resulting in lifelong obesity.Children’s overweight and obesity have become important problems that need to be solved urgently,and the intervention of childhood obesity should mainly consider dietary,exercise and psychological factors.Obese children often lack motivation to participate in traditional sports,the exercise process of traditional sports is more boring,children are easy to produce boredom while feeling physical fatigue,it is difficult to adhere to it for a long time,and obese children are not suitable for large-load long-term lower limb land exercise,therefore,children’s weight loss exercise prescription should consider more in the process of intervention means of interest,activity mode,increase exercise persistence,and try to reduce the excessive burden of bones and joints caused by exercise load.Based on the above background,this study attempts to observe and study the water exercise of obese children,review relevant data and literature,based on the harm caused by childhood obesity and the purpose of improving childhood obesity,through the design and experiment of water exercise prescription,exercise intervention was carried out on selected simple obese children,and the indicators of body shape,physical fitness and physical function were observed,and the effect of water training on improving childhood obesity was analyzed by empirical research,and the advantages and disadvantages of water training were analyzed by comparing land training.In this study used the literature method,experimental method and mathematical statistical method,were used to intervene in the exercise of the selected experimental subjects,and the effects of water exercise on the physical function,quality and morphology of obese children were observed through experimental control,and the following main views were obtained:(1)Water training can significantly improve the physical shape of obese children,including BMI and weight level,and is significantly better than the effect of land training.(2)Water training can significantly improve the strength and endurance quality of obese children,especially the one-minute sit-up performance,which is significantly better than the effect of land training;The effect of improving the performance of one-minute skipping rope is average.(3)The effect of water training on the speed and quality improvement of obese children was general,and there was no significant difference between before and after the experiment and with the control group.(4)Water training can significantly improve the endurance quality of obese children,including improving lung capacity level and 50m*8 performance,and is significantly better than the effect of land training.(5)Compared with land training,water training is more acceptable to obese children,willing to use water training for a long time to improve obesity,and the risk factor of sports injury is lower. |
