Beijing municipal education commission in 2014 in daxing district elementary school plan for pilot implementation of extracurricular activities, including "One Hour After Class" physical activity which is the key to push ahead with our plans to extracurricular activities. At the beginning of the "One Hour After Class" physical activity, Zaoyuan Elementary School, the Ninth Elementary School and the Eighth Elementary School as pilot schools in different organization forms carry out the "One Hour After Class" physical activities.The paper, using literature search, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics as well as other research methods, objectively analyzes the three forms of organization of the"One Hour After Class" Sports Activities in In Beijing’s Daxing District Elementary Schools as well as the feature of each form of organization, aiming to choose the rational tform of organization, improve the activities effect, and promote the smooth implementation of the"One Hour After Class" Sports Activities. This study concludes that:1 Zaoyuan Elementary School, the Ninth Elementary School and the Eighth Elementary School used a linear model of organizational structure, but there were structural differences in the course of specific management. Comparing the order and the discipline of the activities of the three schools, the structure of the sports activities in the ninth school was the best and that of the Zaoyuan School was the worst.2 "One Hour After Class" Sports Activities in Zaoyuan Elementary School, the Ninth Elementary School and the Eighth Elementary School are based on "health first" as the guiding thought, but in the concrete implementation is affected by the organizational structure and teaching organization form.3 Zaoyuan Elementary School, the Ninth Elementary School and the Eighth Elementary School respectively chose the interest-oriented class> regular class and "regular class+boutique classe. ".4 The teachers of the "One Hour After Class" Sports Activities in Zaoyuan Elementary School, the Ninth Elementary School and the Eighth Elementary School are generally part-time students for reading, But meantime it reflects the young of the teacher, not high-level professionalism, and weakness of teacher resource, and etc.5 As for the effect of the activities organization on the change of students’interest, the Eighth Elementary School ranked the best and the ninth elementary school was the last one. In the satisfaction term, the eighth elementary school got highest while the ninth school got the lowest.6 Compared with the other two forms of activity organization, " regular class+boutique classes" was the most rational one, which helped students develop interest in participating in sports activities and improve the sports skills.
