A Researches On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Existing Substitution Internship Of Secondary Vocational School Students

Secondary vocational students' on-the-job internship is a crucial link in the education talent training of secondary vocational students,and the quality of on-the-job internship directly influences the degree of talent training objectives of secondary vocational students.This paper adopts the method of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to carry out research.Students majoring in science and technology at F secondary vocational school in Yantai city were selected for questionnaire survey.While conducting questionnaire survey,cooperative internship enterprises were also interviewed.The interviewees included internship enterprise managers,responsible personnel of employment office of F school,relevant personnel of education administrative department and internship students.According to the investigation,there are education management responsibilities,insufficient attention of enterprises and passive acceptance of students in the internship management of science and technology majors in Yantai F secondary vocational school.The reason that these problems form and school,business to wait to have great concern.The main problems are: the school management system is not perfect,the organization and management is not in place,the school lacks pre-job training for students,the internship guidance is not in place,the lack of career education and adaptability education for students,the school curriculum arrangement is not connected with the enterprise internship,the teacher's practical ability is not enough;Enterprises do not have a comprehensive understanding of on-the-job internship,cooperative management is not in place,the lack of normal management mechanism.Through the analysis of these problems,from different levels of school and enterprise,this paper comprehensive,multiple points of view of field work management countermeasures,such as school should actively undertake the management responsibility,through the establishment of a sound system of field work,strengthen the pre-service training,perfect the course docking,improve teachers' practical ability and so on to ensure the quality of the field work and management;Enterprises should view the internship on the post correctly and actively perform its co-management function;Education competent departments play a guiding role and coordinate well.Multi-directional coordination and joint efforts to improve the intensity and quality of the internship and management.
