Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Effectiveness Of Existing Substitution Internship Of Secondary Vocational School Students

With the continuous increase of economic strength, the growing demand forskilled talents in our society, the secondary vocational education to cultivate talentsare increasingly high requirements.Internship as an important part of practice teachingin secondary vocational school, is closely related to the quality of secondaryvocational education.Internship will help students to combine theory with practice, topromote the development of professional ability in the real work environment,trainingtheir professional quality, enable students can improve resilience, familiar with thework flow and requirements, to lay the foundation for future employment, finallyrealizes the transformation from "novice" to "skills expert ".This article will investigate and analysis from the angle of vocational schoolstudents’ internship efficiency, to understand the actual situation work of studentinternships, and to found that factors of influencing the secondary vocational schoolstudents’ internship.This paper will carry out the problems existing in the processcomprehensively and multiply from students, schools, enterprises and governmentfour different levels,and analysis of the causes, so as to put forward the solutioncountermeasures.First of all,the research background, significance, thinking are explained, andorganizing reviews the current studies of internship system in our country, introducesthe practice teaching situation and experience in foreign vocational educationsystem,and puts forward the concept of internship.Secondly, the paper outline the origin, practice characteristics, target, tasks andresponsibilities of internship on the theoretical level,understand the development ofthe system of internship and training purposes, and then further significantsubstitution internship of secondary vocational school students. Thirdly, the paper analysis from the perspective of empirical investigation. Inorder to accurately grasp the quality and effect of internship of secondary vocationalschool students, the author research adopts the method of questionnaire survey andinterview to study. Through the recovery of the questionnaires and interviews, tounderstand the preparation work, process management and practice evaluation,etc.,analysis the reasons for the problems which existing in the practice process ofsecondary students, and to explore the influencing factors of the internshipeffectiveness.Finally, the solution of countermeasures for common problems existing in theprocess of secondary vocational school students internship will be discuss, andrespectively put forward the perfect suggestions from the school, enterprise, studentsand government.
