Research On Substitution Internship Management At Higher Vocational Colleges In Qinhuangdao

Substitution internship is the important measures on construction of vocationaleducation system and talents training mode reformation in our country, it is also thekey link from classroom to society and from natural men to professionals throughtraining skills, experiencing true surroundings, developing professional qualities.Now, many higher vocational colleges launch substitution internship of more thanhalf a year and basically put it as the extended link of practice teaching.Substitution internship has undergone7-8years, how the effect is, how manyachievements there are. Surveyed three higher vocational colleges by usingquestionnaire method and interview method to state situations, found and analyzedthe problems. This paper summarizes four causes of management: the poor coercivepower of national policy and undefined legal relationship; lack of teachingmanagement mechanism; insufficient college-enterprise cooperation depth andsimple contents; lack of recognition with students. The author puts forward somecountermeasures including improving laws, strengthening the base construction,deepening the reform of teaching management, mobilizing enterprises to participate,playing the trade associations as a role of communication, changing our idea. Baseon this, the author hopes to build the form of management of a country-led, collegesas the main body, trade associations and students as the supplement, as well asexpound the operational methods.Scientific management can reflect breadth and depth of college-enterprisecooperation, measure of our country’s vocational education development to someextent. By studying to substitution internship management, we can improve thequality of vocational education, enrich system construction, push the reform oftalents training mode, and guide the management to get onto the unification,standardization, scientific of the road.
