The concept of flipped classroom teaching has subverted the traditional teaching mode that “the teacher gives a lecture in class and the students do homework after class”.The teaching part of basic knowledge is put before the completion of the course,so in the classroom it is to further explore and understand the advanced knowledge,and complete the process of knowledge internalization ultimately.In this way,through the students’ autonomous learning out of the classroom,teachers can save a lot of time in classroom teaching,so as to better implement the cooperative inquiry teaching and individualized teaching in class.Therefore the flipped classroom has become an educational revolution in the internet era,it has been paid more and more attention by scholars at home and abroad.In the process of learning and practicing flipped classroom,the author considers it is necessary to study the management of flipped classroom so as to further improve the teaching efficiency.This paper will take the practice of physics flipped classroom management as a case,and provide new ideas and reference effectively for the reform in education.In the first part,the paper begins with the study of basic concepts,and then it sorts out the theoretical knowledge of flipped classroom and classroom management,to understand the domestic and foreign research results through the collection of relevant documents;in the second part,the paper sums up the problems of the classroom management to be answered and solved,and explores the appropriate methods and means,to answer the problems one by one.In the third part,according to the characteristics of classroom management in different aspects,such as behavior research,classroom environment,management design,independent management and so on,the author establishes a suitable and effective strategy.In the fourth part,it is the implementation stage of classroom management in physics class in middle school,there is a preliminary statistics and calculation on the obtained results.In the fifth part,the author evaluates the implementation results of classroom management in flipped classroom,analyzes the effect and shortage of classroom management.In the sixth part,the author puts forward the improvement methods and research results of classroom management in the flipped teaching environment.
