| According to the specific circumstances of Ningbo City,relying on the economic development of Ningbo City,site visiting and questionnaires are done in the city's well-known commercial gyms to understand the existence of each gym's specific problems of management.Specifically,in depth examination are conducted in several gyms.To form their unique competitive advantages,some of these gyms changed their conventional backward ideas,accepted advanced ideas,and also made a further investigation of the market.The research object of this investigation is the medium-sized commercial fitness clubs in Haishu,Jiangdong,Jiangbei District in Ningbo.These clubs differences in size structure.I work as a part-time trainer in Ningbo Meiri and Ningbo Qixing fitness club.In addition,I query and collect the relevant information on the Internet and in the newspaper.After that,I make a detailed study of the Report of Ningbo Sports Development and the history data.The research issued a questionnaire,then I have a depth communication with the person being investigated.This survey method can be a real and effective understanding of the main problems in the fitness club.Moreover,they also expanded the scale of fitness to meet the requirements of consumers at different levels.Strengthen service awareness and improve service concept.Strengthen internal personnel training and management,establish a good corporate image.The research of this paper can improve the management situation of the fitness club which is not good in the market.It also can be more scientific in the management of the fitness club,so that the maximum use of resources to achieve a comprehensive economic benefits.Fitness clubs in Ningbo need to be more scientific,so that customers can effectively find their own fitness club,then they can achieve their desired results.Fitness is a leisure sports,fitness club will be concentrated outbreak,rapid growth in the next twenty years.So operation management of fitness club needs more technical and tools. |
