After the Ideological and Political Work Conference,it has been an important subject about how universities fulfill the tasks of education and train young students' ability.Under the influence of social politics,economics legality,educational system,family environment,internetwork and cellphone,college students,post 90 s nowadays,have developed many characteristics freshly aligned with the times.These characteristics challenge many aspects of university education including team building working content and working mode.As we can see,in order to strengthen the effects of moral education,vast university educators are actively exploring new methods and approaches to education nowadays.And after their unremitting efforts,they win the rich fruits.Among them,a part of universities start to explore peer education system and gradually apply it to some specific fields and platforms,where achievements have been made.Although class monitorial system,based on peer education system theory,has been applied to some universities,there still remains big space for improvement.This article centers on exploring class monitorial system of contemporary college students ' thought and behavioral characteristics,employing methods including literature review as well as interviewing the university students and education workers such as university counselors,to understand the challenge for the educational work in colleges and universities.On these basis this article combined peer education system and personal student work experience.This article 's foreword mainly discusses the research background significance status techniques and innovation of the project.The main body includes four parts:The first part explores the characteristics of contemporary college students have a great challenge to working content,working mode and team building of tasks of education.Then we summarizes the peer education system and discusses its conception,development process,features and significance.The second part raises the practical way to the innovation of peer education theory---class monitorial system,and discusses its significance in launching "Ideological and political work of contemporary college students,supplementary counselor system and promoting class monitors' self-growth".The last part specifics not only the construction of the class monitorial system,but discusses class monitors' selection,cultivation,management,working content,working principle and how to establish the cooperative mechanism between the class monitors and counselors,and harmonizing "Young Marx Doctrine Training Project".Based on peer education theory,this article concerning the implementation of the class monitorial system,which has positive exploration and practical significance in terms of education work for college students,meets current status and goals of college education under new situation.We hope this research can promote the class monitorial system in our country's college education,and become an effective complement of counselor system,contributing its humble efforts to accelerate the healthy growth of college students and the development of higher education.
