A Study On The Monitorial System Applied In College Student Education And Supervisal In Our Country

The implementation of monitorial system is an effective way to cope with the new circumstance,new problems and new challenge in college student education and supervisal in new time.As a new mode in college student education and supervisal,monitorial system has its unique superiority and effect.This paper intends to research on the implementation of monitorial system mode in college student education and supervisal in our country,adopting the methods such as literature research,comparation,investigation,reviewing and so on,and to make deep thoughts and exploration in the perfect and develops of monitorial system mode.The whole paper can be divided into six chapters.In the first chapter,we call back the history innovation and development of monitorial system,from the filiations of ancient monitorial system,neoteric 'Lancaster-Bell system' to contemporary 'cross-age teaching'.We also explicit the variety of develops of monitorial system in new times.In the second chapter,we analyze the superiority, effect and significant of monitorial system applied in college student education and supervisal from the characteristic of college students of the time and the actuality of college student management.It also discusses the needs and availability of monitorial system applied in college student education and supervisal in our country.In the third chapter,we expound the theory base and organizing mode of monitorial system from some aspects,such as intersubjectivity theory,cognitive point of view,role theory and community ecological point of view and so on.In the fourth chapter,we analyze the characteristic and implementary principle of monitorial system.Its main character is 'supervise-and-develop'.In the process of implement,we should pay attention to the four principles:demonstration,assistant, democracy and inspiration and in the same while hold on 'Five Combination'.In the next chapter,we analyze the function of students and propose circulate modes and security mechanism.In the last chapter of this paper,we discuss the main problems of monitorial system nowadays in our country and make some thoughts in the perfect and develop of monitorial system.We also make some new attempts to college education and management.
