At present,the employment pressure of university graduates is increasing.Especially in 2019,the impact of the global COVID-19 outbreak has not yet bottomed out.The risk of the national economic downturn has increased,and the employment situation of college students has been further grim.Research shows that female college students have become a high incidence group of Employment anxiety,and their anxiety level is significantly higher than that of male college students.Female college students under Employment anxiety are mostly self denial,self doubt,heavy psychological burden,mental tension and irritability,and physiological symptoms.If they can not intervene and adjust in time,it will not only harm their physical and mental health,Serious cases may even lead to extreme behavior.And psychosocial therapy can effectively alleviate the Employment Anxiety of female college students.Based on the sample analysis of female college students in s University in D City,this paper finds out the specific manifestations of their employment anxiety,including physiological dysfunction,fear,alienation,destructive and aggressive behavior,etc.the causes include physiological dysfunction caused by high mental tension,obstruction of self psychological adjustment caused by irrational self-evaluation,and so on Abnormal communication leads to the inability to get help from important others and the lack of catharsis of negative emotions,which leads to aggressive and destructive behaviors.Based on the analysis of these reasons,the needs include relieving tension and anxiety,improving physiological dysfunction,establishing rational self-evaluation,enhancing self-adjusting ability,improving environment,promoting communication,gaining support from important others,venting negative emotions,and abstaining from destructive aggressive behavior.Then,the support technology of psychosocial therapy was used to reduce the anxiety of the client and provide service guarantee.The technology of exploration description catharsis was used to guide the client to express their emotions without obstacles.The technology of direct influence was used to promote/prevent the client’s related behaviors.The technology of reflection discussion was used to encourage the client to evaluate themselves rationally and improve their adjustment ability,Using indirect influence technology to improve the environment of the case owners,promote communication and get support,and ultimately help female college students to ease their employment anxiety,enhance their confidence and self-determination ability,play their maximum potential,and become a strong practitioner of socialist construction.
