Teachers’ employment ways of Junior high school in Chinese County includes two kinds: A)to obtain formal establishment through the entry exam;and B)to be hired by the school through the education departments or above the county level interview.From the perspective of incentive theory the author analyses the influence of two kinds of employment way of junior high school teachers on the teaching efficiency,whcih is a new attempt.Improve teaching effectiveness and teaching performance is one of the goals of education emphasis.To achieve this goal,it is the most important factor for \ "human\".It is not the main factors influencing the production performance for economic incentives and material equipment,and it is the key factors to enhance teaching effectiveness for organizational mobilization of motivation and satisfaction.The contradiction between the limited local financial and school development expand is an important task,especially in the current township middle school across county government departments.In order to solve the outstanding contradictions,most schools adopted the method of "walking on two legs" : one hand,if there are some natural retired teachers,in turn,hired teachers by school can add into “official ranks”,which can break their career development "ceiling" in order to give the hired teachers by the school some hopes.The flexible way can help junior high school recruit university graduates in order to meet the business development needs.At present,it is of worthy of study on the influence of the different hired ways of junior high school teachers on the teaching effectiveness.Therefore,this article intends to probe into the status quo of the problem from the perspective of incentive theory,and analyzes the effect of two respectively aspects,including the positive and negative way.Meanwhile,the writer explores the reasons behind itself,and puts forward some perfecting countermeasures for county compulsory education balanced development in Hengshui,and promotes compulsory education quality in Hengshui.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this paper consists of four parts.The first part expounds the basis of incentive theory.In this chapter,it defines the meaning,connotation and category of incentive theory.The second part,relationship between junior high school teachers’ self-efficacy and motivation theory.In this chapter,first of all,to describe teachers in the educational management system of employment: formal establishment and employment contract;secondly,explain the teaching effectiveness of the connotation and two kinds of employment patterns of teacher effectiveness.Finally,the analysis of the relationship between incentive theory and teacher efficacy.The third part,current situation of teachers in Zaoqiang County third middle school teachers of different employment performance.In this chapter,describes the appearance of the school two different type of recruitment of teachers teaching ability,teaching methods,teaching contents;from the incentive theory from the perspective of analysis of the teaching efficacy of teachers of two kinds of methods employed: the positive and negative effect.The fourth part,the incentive theory is proposed to overcome the junior middle school teachers of different employment modes under the educational management system of negative suggestions.
