It is a new urban primary school for Fuyang primary school In Hengshui City,which was built in 2003,has long been committed to students' Ideological and moral construction,and made a lot of valuable experience in many aspects,especially with very rich features.For instance,carrying out collection and selection from the socialist core values sing songs,holding “ lifting the national flag,singing National Anthem" activities every Monday,etc..These distinctive moral construction measures are very effective,which are important significance for pupils of Fuyang primary school In Hengshui City.The primary school has taken a variety of ways to carry out ideological and moral construction.The rich and colorful and diverse ways includes the preparation of rhymes and promoting the socialist core values,and the moral emotion aspect,for example,by raising the national flag and singing the National Anthem ceremony in order to promote patriotism.And enhancing school emotion through “I do love to be a moral star in the primary school”.Ideological and moral will and behavior are be shaped through the organization of students to help parents do housework,and crossing the road in order,and participating in the moral behavior programs form.These activities can be said that the long-term focus of ideological and moral construction.It is a characteristic for this school.The paper discusses the limitations of the ideological and moral construction in Fuyang Primary School,such as the construction of Ideological and moral motivation mechanism to be improved,the long-term ideological and moral construction mechanism to be improved and the ideological and moral construction incentive mechanism to be supplemented,etc..The author analyses the seasons besides the limitations.For instance,a)the geographical factor: A shortage of fund;b)the idea factor: conservative education thought;c)the system factor: the period of transformation;d)the treatment factor: the performance appraisal.In order to further improve the ideological and moral construction of the primary school,We should follow these aspects.Firstly,to provide the capital support for the moral construction of the primary school.Secondly,to make the educational managers pay more attention to the ideological and moral construction.Thirdly,to strengthen the teachers' consciousness of the Ideological and moral construction.Fourthly,to establish the incentive mechanisms of promoting the ideological and moral construction,and fifthly,to enhance the community cooperation and jointly promote the students ideological and moral construction.Sixth,to improve the long-term mechanism of students' ideological and moral construction.
