Research On The Current Situation And Development Strategy Of Sports Resource Allocation In Xuzhou Economic And Technological Development Zone

This paper uses the expert interviews,field investigation and other research methods to study the allocation of sports resources in Xuzhou Economic Development Zone.The study shows that Xuzhou Economic Development Zone government agencies,enterprises,employees living area and the surrounding communities together exist the following deficiencies: the development zone committee lacks specialized sports Management of the department,a serious lack of sports management,most of which sports managers are part-time non-sports professionals,while a serious lack of professional social sports instructors.Enterprises to implement two shift down the scheduling system is not conducive to night work workers to participate in physical exercise.Economic development zone is densely populated and the sports facilities are relatively lacking.Most of the staff's amateur life is closely related to the mobile phone.Amateur life is monotonous and boring.There are some shortcomings in the management of sports venues and the unreasonable planning of sports facilities.Xuzhou Economic Development Zone,sports funds invested in some communities,the development zone of enterprise sports funding is insufficient.Most of the stadium facilities do not meet the standard site specifications.Lack of adequate funds for sports,the number of venues was insufficient and the type of single,maintenance can not be guaranteed.At the same time there is a lack of open space resources,sports facilities configuration imbalance,can not hold sports activities,a single channel of publicity.Suggestions: In view of the lack of government sports management agencies,in the future development should build a professional sports management system,equipped with professional sports management personnel,scientific and rational placement and planning of sports facilities and venues.Lack of funding should increase the development of sports activities,funding and support,the establishment of a scientific way of sports promotion,reduce the cost of sports activities.for business leaders and working hours system,should be in the future development of the implementation of 8 hours of work system,to allow employees to stay free time,reduce staff pressure.Change the leadership of the wrong ideas,encourage them to participate in physical exercise,improve the leadership of sports awareness.In view of the shortcomings of enterprises,living areas and surrounding communities in the development zone,the number of sports managers should be increased in the future development to facilitate the effective installation of sports facilities,and should be equipped with special maintenance personnel.Increase investment in sports activities,the establishment of effective sports promotion channels,organized a variety of sports activities.The government should change the functions of the development of sports resources in the development zone,correctly understand their own role,and improve the policy measures in a reasonable and effective way.In sports management,the Government should be decentralized by the enterprises to implement,government regulation,can not be responsible for both.In the development of sports resources allocation should be implemented in the separation of government and government,separation of government and enterprises,management and separation,sports industry associations and administrative organs decoupling,part of the rights transferred to the enterprise or social sports organizations groups to solve the development zone sports resources allocation exists To promote the healthy development of sports in the development zone.
