Research On College Students' Integrity Education And It's Effective Mechanism

Integrity education for university students is an education with the special education target of the university students,an education led by the socialist core value system,an education to enhance the legal and integrity education,the social ethics,professional ethics and domestic morals by organizing the university students to learn the principles,policies,laws and regulations of the Party and the State in building a clean government and fighting corruption.The goal of integrity education is to lead the university students to build faith of repaying the country and serving the people,improving their consciousness for disciplining themselves with morals,enhancing their anti-corruption psychological qualities,forming gradually the professional values of being honest,self-disciplined and the job loving.As a significant component of ideological and political education,compared with other ideological and political educations,the integrity education for university students maintains the temporal,preventive,delaying and progressive features.Under the background of the new age,the integrity education for the university students in contemporary times is not only the significant contents for promoting the traditional moral value of the Chinese ethnics,the meaning for the higher education institutes to establish moralities and cultivate people and the objective requirements to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,but also the interior demands of the healthy and self-development of the university students.Since the Reform and Opening up,the higher education institutes in different places have carried out quantitative explorations and theoretical researches on the expansion of integrity education for university students,the integrity consciousness of the university students is enhanced,the high education institutes' ability in expanding the integrity education are improved and the university students are equipped with more integrity qualities.However,the university isunder-invested in integrity education and the system of education needs to be perfected;Educators are uncertain about the student,the education approach has problems and the shortage of teachers;Many students don't unity of knowing and doing.Incorruptibility often happens.School,society and family have not making concerted efforts in integrity-education.To give a full play to the ideological and political education functions of the integrity education for university students,it needs to establish the organizational guarantee system,to establish and perfect the guarantee system,improving the consciousness,strengthening the leadership and perfecting the team.To establish sound coordinating operation system among the contents,means and carriers for the integrity education for university students,in the meantime,to build the supervision system,perfect the education evaluation system and standardize the education management system for the integrity education for university students forming the supervision and evaluation system for the university students' integrity education.
