Secondary vocational education plays an important role in our country,and "comprehensively promote the construction of modern vocational education system" has been written to the government work report in 2015.Under this background,in recent years,the number of students in vocational colleges has increased.The students in complex,leading to the emergence of many quality uneven in quality,the problems appeared in many "problems of the students ".The emergence of "problem students",but also to the management of the school has brought a lot of difficulties."Problem students" increase,seriously restricted the development of the school,but also greatly affect the normal order of the school,become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,Yang taught students of grade two in center as the research object,found the formation of "problem students",from the society,schools and their families,four aspects of the original Yang Education Center "problem students" causes,puts forward five management strategies: put forward the following seven points: a management strategy society,effective prevention against the bad social ethos;two,correct education,change the "problem students" character,let the students find themselves;three,strict management,strengthening discipline and legal education;four,grant fishing plan "to solve the family economic difficulties students;five,the use of WeChat,QQ and other software family,school,social construction,together with education;six,strengthen moral education ability of teachers,the implementation of" problem students "responsibility system;seven,the class teacher in class management should dare to sword".
