Study On Safety Management Of Secondary Vocational Students In Internship

Participation in post practice for the secondary vocational school students is an important part in the teaching plan,and it is also the requirement for the training of skilled talents in the country.In addition,the internship is crucial in improving the overall quality of individuals and cultivating practical skills.It can cultivate a group of comprehensive talents with high quality,great skills,theoretical knowledge and practical skills.And it is beneficial to improve the level of talents in the country.In recent years,the country and society are paying more attention to the internship,which provides certain policies and financial support to the secondary vocational students for doing an internship.In the country,various secondary vocational colleges have made considerable achievements in the management of student internship.However,a survey and research conducted by many students and teachers from various schools in Jiangxi province found that secondary vocational colleges still have some problems in the area of safety management.This study will choose survey research method,to conduct a questionnaire survey of 350 students from H school in Jiangxi province.At the same time,it will conduct interviews with internship management teachers,corporate instructors,principals of secondary vocational schools,and corporate managers.It is found that in secondary vocational students concentrated internship the following problems exist in the safety management part inconsistent safety education,lack of teachers,incomplete safety management system and incomplete safety protection measures.In order to solve the problems in safety management for internship,the following measures can be taken:Firstly,the local government can refine the internship safety management guidance plan,strengthen guidance and supervision,provide safety management funding support,and strengthen the training of internship management teachers.Secondly,the school can formulate safety education and training plans,improve the quality of teachers,improve the school’s internship management system and establish a security incident handing reserve fund system.Thirdly,the company should lay stress on safety education,improve the work system and assessment system of corporate instructors,improve the school-enterprise communication system,and strengthen the exchanges between the two sides.Fourthly,secondary vocational students should improve safety awareness,actively participate in school safety education and training,and abide by the safety management system.
