Comparative Study Between The Cross Enterprise Training Center Of German And The Public Training Base Of China

In the beginning of this century, in order to improve our vocational education system, to strengthen the function of vocational education, we began to construction the professional public practice base. On the one hand to provide sufficient training venues for vocational students, on the other hand provide short-term vocational training to the whole society, and play the role of appraisal professional qualification, which has made some achievements. However we need to further study and practice in the function orientation, development direction, organization and management.The German "dual system" cross-cultural enterprise training center, which has years of history, support enterprises, especially center type enterprise of vocational training link with vocational schools, enterprises and industrial association cooperation, forming a networked organization structure.
