The teachers in the middle vocational school have good multimedia courseware making ability.The multimedia teaching can pla y a better role in the teaching process.While the teaching efficiency and teaching effect are improved,the students’ learning initiative will be improved.Help to establish a harmonious teacher-student relationship,therefore has very important significa nce.In many of the current studies have positive attitude affirmed the advantages of multimedia courseware,but also realize that the ability of multimedia courseware production is one of the necessary teaching capacity of secondary vocational teachers,teachers and the knowledge reserve is equally important ability.However,the participation of secondary vocational teachers,production capacity and initiative to enhance the capacity of enthusiasm is not high.Based on the status quo,this paper chooses 12 secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi Province as the object of practical research,with the help of literature research,observation,questionnaire and interview.First of all,through the questionnaire survey,observation and interviews found that secondary vocational schools in the production of multimedia courseware in a higher degree of participation,but the corresponding teacher participation is not high,teachers,multimedia courseware production capacity to be improved,unreasonable development and evaluation standards in the award-winning works less phenomenon.Secondly,the phenomenon is attributed to the lack of participation in the production of multimedia courseware,the single production tool,the lack of flexibility,interactive,artistic and unreasonable production mode of teaching courseware.Finally,according to the law of secondary vocational education and the characteristics of the subject,it is put forward to strengthen the propaganda and guidance,change the concept of teachers,improve the production ability of the multimedia courseware in secondary vocational school teachers,and enhance the multimedia courseware design and production ability.Vocational teachers access,assessment and evaluation system and other aspects to enhance the skills of teachers in the production of multimedia courseware.This paper takes twelve secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi province as an example to get the attention of the first-line teachers in the production of multimedia courseware.It has a positive reality to improve the quality of multimedia courseware and enhance the production ability of multimedia courseware significance.
