Primary school teachers master multimedia courseware production skill well, multimedia teaching can be carried out smoothly, and will benefit to acquire knowledge and development thinking for students. Today, most of the elementary school teachers affirm that the promoting function of multimedia courseware with a positive attitude, and also aware that skill for making multimedia courseware is one of the necessary skills for elementary school teachers. While, elementary school teachers’ skill for making multimedia courseware and the motivation for improving such skill is relatively low.Based on the current situation, this paper selects one of the elementary schools in Dalian City, Liaoning Province as the object of practice study, and conducts investigation by adopting documentation study method, observation method, questionnaire method as well as visitation method. First, I found that primary school teachers have low motivation of improving the multimedia courseware production skill, making skill level is poor and training content generalization by questionnaire method, observation method and interview method. Second, is attributed to the phenomenon about parties lack of enough attention to primary school teachers training skills, training lacks quality and level lead to teachers lack of enthusiasm and education authorities lacks to attach importance to monitoring and management of this skill. Finally, by combining elementary law of development to explore the scientific methods of courseware production, internal motivation and improve the primary school teachers multimedia courseware production skills by hierarchical teaching training.The article takes one of primary school in Dalian Province as an example, this paper has positive practical significance about getting more attention by primary school teachers and all aspects of people, enhancing the quality of multimedia courseware and improving multimedia courseware production skill of elementary school teacher.
