Lintao county is one of the areas of Gansu Province where have higher developing level of education and culture. In recent years, preschool education of rural areas in Lintao made great progress. However, teacher's quality becomes a difficult point of further development. The teacher's further education is an efficient way of promoting teacher's quality.The study uses a way of sample research to the present situation and requirement of teacher's further education in Lintao county, such as questionnaires, interviews, and so on. The results show that the present situation of preschool teacher, training organization and developing environment have a lot of problems. The study firstly puts forward that it is necessary to improve and perfect the administrative system of preschool teacher, maintain the stability of the numbers of teachers. Secondly, the study asks to construct the crossing and multilateral web of the further education of preschool teacher in rural areas by all kinds of means, such as promoting greatly the further education, strengthening building of the training base, changing training mode, way, target and curriculum and so on, to improve the professionalizative procedure of preschool teacher in rural areas.
