In recent years,China's secondary education develop rapidly.Due to the physiology,psychological structure and the particularity of the campus environment,the problem of campus bullying is very prominent.At present,there are not many researches on the bullying of students in secondary vocational schools,and the bullying of secondary school students is the hardest hit area of youth school bullying.These bullying factors lead to the majority of students have psychological barriers to their learning and life had a negative impact,and even students appear to drop out of school phenomenon.On the other hand,the phenomenon of bullying on campus is becoming more and more intense,which has a serious impact on the normal teaching order of secondary vocational schools.Therefore,the author of Shijiazhuang a vocational school campus bullying for the research objectives in-depth study,through visits to investigate the reasons for the emergence of campus bullying.In the process of studying the problem of bullying in vocational school students and analyzing the causes of them,the reasons of campus bullying are divided into two aspects: subjective and objective.The objective causes of student school bullying are family,school and social factors.Subjective reasons are mainly factors for students' personal factors.Because the most particularity of the students' bullying in the vocational school is the particularity of the secondary vocational students,the bullying of the secondary school students is formed by the individual differences.Therefore,this study studies the individual bullying behavior of the secondary vocational students from their psychological characteristics and behavior Way to start,on the campus bullying carried out in-depth study.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,the status of campus bullying and the status of research at home and abroad,and put forward the research significance of this question,research methods and innovation of this research;the second part of the campus bullying summary,Analyzes the characteristics of campus bullying;the third part of the campus bullying on the investigation and analysis,through the investigation results on the campus bullying status and predisposing factors for analysis,and from the school,family,society and student personal four points of the campus bullying Reason;thefourth part of the campus bullying on the treatment and governance measures,in view of the reasons for the formation of campus bullying more complex,so the management of campus bullying is not a matter of time,but a project related to the whole society.The need for active participation of all sectors of society,through various means and means to carry out overall governance.Through the author's in-depth study,the following specific suggestions are put forward from the students themselves,the school,the society and the family respectively:(1)The multilevel linkage,the legal concept and the self-prevention consciousness of the secondary school students;(2)Take effective measures,strengthen the comprehensive management of the campus and the surrounding environment of the campus;(3)Strengthen the family education function,optimize the healthy growth environment of young people;(4)Strengthen the effective guidance,prevention and elimination of students bullying tendencies;(5)To strengthen the frustration of education,education,education and other aspects of the school,Improve adolescent self-control ability and level to prevent campus bullying.To sum up,only the individual,social,school and family all aspects of work together,work together to exclude the other elements of the negative impact of campus bullying,campus bullying prevention and management work can be carried out and implemented.
