Antinomy is not only a theory and phenomenon in real life,but also a way of thinking.Many phenomena in the management of higher education are in the opposite situation.To overcome this extreme,it is necessary to find out the way of thinking about the contradiction of higher education management from the perspective of antinomy and comprehensively analysis to establish the whole and fusion cognition and find out effective management behavior of higher education.With Kant's antinomy thought as the guide,perspective history and practice of higher education and the use of comparative analysis of the combination of methods,The search studies the management of higher education antinomy problem,Analyze the causes and explore the resolution of the thinking paradigm.The phenomena of antinomy reflects the characteristics of human cognition.Limited understanding and the pursuit of truth makes it impossible for mankind to fully understand all the laws of the objective world.Considering particularity of higher education management,the main body composed of multiple paradoxical people and groups,its complex object consisting of all human and material that are suitable for its development and lack of high level of the theory in guiding practice of higher Education management,thus,the management of higher education antinomy objective exists.From the disciplines of higher education management,the management system,mechanism and concept of higher education.The research finds out the typical inverse problems and justifies them as follows:higher education is a subject or field,education management is surname Edu or surname Tube,scientist and humanism theory,personal standard and social standard education aim,formal education and substantive education contest,education subject's contention,centralized and local decentralization management system,minority-centered authoritarian administration and majority-centric governance,Administration of management or without administration and so on.The research uses dialectical,fusion,the mean of thinking and fuzzy multi-criterion decision-making method to enrich the management of higher education antinomy problem of the methodology.
