The online and offline hybrid teaching mode is the product of the integration of the traditional classroom teaching mode in the physical classroom and the online teaching,which is full of vigor and great potential in the era of rapid development of information technology and deepening of educational reform.The face-to-face classroom teaching is the most primitive traditional teaching method since the teaching form came into being.It occupies an unshakable position in education and teaching with the advantages of knowledge imparting,teacher-student collaboration and emotional exchange.With the progress of The Times,the rapid development of information technology and the popularization of the Internet,educational informatization has become the trend of teaching reform.Online network teaching has become a teaching craze with its flexibility and convenience.However,whether it is face-to-face classroom teaching or online teaching,a simple and independent teaching form has its problems and shortcomings that cannot be ignored.Therefore,a hybrid online and offline teaching mode combining the advantages of face-to-face classroom teaching and online online teaching has been born.Online and offline hybrid teaching model is an effective integration of traditional classroom teaching model and network education model.Its logical starting point and attribution are to further improve the quality of teaching and better promote the development of students.Its emergence provides a new opportunity and direction for the teaching reform.Therefore,it has become an urgent and arduous task to investigate the current situation of the implementation of online and offline hybrid teaching mode,find out the crux,explore its influencing factors,and discuss its improvement strategies,so as to improve the teaching effect.In this context,this study in fully study of existing literature peace,on the basis of observation,thinking,combined with the expert opinion,from the "learner autonomy","bridging","science","platform integrity" and "effective" five dimensions of online hybrid teaching mode to investigate the status quo of the application in guangxi institute of technology of profession of G.The statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for descriptive statistical analysis of the survey data.The results showed that the mean values of "learning autonomy","content cohesion","organizational science","platform perfection" and "effect significance" were 3.58,3.29,3.39,3.33 and 3.63,respectively.The dimension with the highest mean value is "effect significance",which is above the average level,indicating that online and offline blended teaching has achieved certain results.The second is "learning autonomy",which is also at the above average level,which reflects the students’ self-consciousness of learning in online and offline blended teaching.The lowest on average is "content cohesion",which is only slightly higher than the average level,indicating that teachers do not properly handle the cohesion between online and offline teaching contents when designing and organizing them.Through the descriptive analysis,it is found that although the current online and offline hybrid teaching has made some achievements,there are still some problems that cannot be ignored.In order to further explore the influencing factors and differences of the online and offline mixed teaching effect,this study USES AMOS22.0 statistical software to construct and analyze the structural equation model of the influencing factors of the online and offline mixed teaching mode.The data analysis results of the structural equation model show that "learning autonomy","content cohesion","organizational science" and "platform perfection" all have significant positive effects on the online and offline hybrid teaching effect,and their impact path coefficients are 0.48,0.19,0.28 and 0.15,respectively.The influence coefficient of "learning autonomy" on "effect significance" was the largest,indicating that under the same conditions,the input of "learning autonomy" would have the largest impact on "effect significance"."Platform perfection" has the smallest influence on the path coefficient,which indicates that among the four independent variables,"platform perfection" has relatively little influence on the dependent variable "effect significance".Through comprehensive online hybrid teaching status quo of descriptive analysis and structural equation model analysis shows that the influential factors of demand online hybrid teaching education teaching workers should focus on improving the students’ learning autonomy,exert the principal role of students,strengthen cohesion of online and offline course content,course should play the role of foundation,enhance the scientific nature of the organization of teaching,teachers play the leading role,increase the integrity of the platform,functions to support the platform,so as to further enhance the teaching effect in online hybrid,better promote the development of the students,improve the quality of personnel training.
