Study On Practice Educational Work Pattern In Universities

Since 1992,when Ministry of Education issued the programmatic document on the practice education,colleges and universities have been paying growing attention to the field of practice education where bold explorations have been conducted and good results have achieved.As a subject of this era,the practice education holds the pulse of the reform of quality education in universities and plays an important role in promoting the training of versatile talents.Practice education emphasizes both the synchronization between practice and thought and the combination of practice and theory.It is an education methodology putting people into various roles under various circumstance while taking the characteristics of Chinese college students into consideration.Practice education provides opportunities to apply knowledge learned in practice process,to promote one's moral level in practical circumstance and to stimulate one's thirst for knowledge by demonstrating the applicability value of the theoretical knowledge and constant problem seeking and solving in practice process.From practice education,one can also get practice experience which will be later proved to be very valuable in one's career.This paper focuses on the problems of current practice education,and then analyzes the causes of these problems.This paper also studies and draws lessons from the advantages and disadvantages of different current modes of practice education and puts forward the direction for the reform of practice education mode.The practice education in colleges and universities,whose goal is to cultivate innovative talents,to strengthen practical training for talents,and to meet the needs of national supply-side reform,requires colleges and universities to have the mode reform in talent training,to establish reliable system for the organization,funding,evaluation and other aspects of practice education.Furthermore,colleges and universities should further motivate the construction of practice base and strengthen the alliance with enterprises and practicing institutions so that they can play the important role in talent cultivation.The first chapter expounds the research background,the purpose and the significance of the research,and summarizes the relevant research both at home and abroad,then makes clear the ideas and innovations of the research.The second chapter studies the theoretical basis of practice education.The third chapter studies the current state of the practice of education in colleges and universities and then analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter makes a comparative analysis of existing work modes of the practice education in colleges and universities and then extracts experience from the outcome.The fifth chapter puts forward the reform proposal of the work mode of practice education.
